Fill up your online application form completely on PTS website.
Download fee deposit slip.
Pay the test fee at bank (UBL / HBL), Deposit slip duly signed and stamped by bank shall only be accepted.
Take a clear picture of the PTS paid fee deposit slip.
1. All text must be readable.
2. Slip must show bank stamp & signature.
3. Incomplete, blurred or unclear images will not be accepted.
Only send a clear image of the paid deposit fee slip to PTS official Email: spcs@pts.org.pk and WhatsApp No. 03306661787 by mentioning Complete Name, CNIC number and Post Name in email subject and WhatsApp message.
Applications will be processed only after receiving the clear deposit slip image.
Keep original fee deposit slip for personal record.
Do not send application form or any-other document by courier at this stage.
